Serbian President earlier on Wednesday posed a question via his Twitter account to the British Ambassador in Pristina. British Embassy responded on behalf of H.E. Mr. Nicholas Abbott.

"We did not choose how our interlocutor, acting in a party capacity, arranged his rooms".

The Embassy added on Twitter that it is "Embassy’s job to engage with leading political actors in Kosovo".

It is also noted that "a recent photo of the Ambassador meeting one of the political leaders in Kosovo has attracted attention regionally".

President Vucic has earlier on Wednesday, also on Twitter, asked Abbott which elections did Kurti and his Vetëvendosje win and in what country.

The enclosed photo depicted the leader of Vetëvendosje, Albin Kurti, whose party won the majority votes in the recent snap parliamentary elections in Kosovo, and the British Ambassador to Pristina Nicholas Abbott, with the Albanian flag in between.

Namely, Kurti openly advocates the idea of "Greater Albania".

Vucic responded on Twitter: "Thank you for a clear answer @UKinKosovo. We all understood it perfectly".
