There is only one Super Power in the world now and they will determine who will become an EU and NATO member. CAR is a third world garbage dump with no future. If Serbia is hanging its hat on this stinking corrupt rat hole then she is desperate for support. It only matters what the US decides for Serbia and the prospects are poor.

if you do it is a wiki page (fairly edited by respectable* monitors {*at least Wikipedia claims they are}) and you'll also see that Central African Republic (CAR) recognized Kosovo July 22 2011 (that was a real date in the actual past -- not made up mumbojumbo). you'll also notice immediately beside the aforementioned date that is beside the nation in question (CAR) is another date of July 24 2019 : the date that the 12th nation revoked its previous recognition.
so are we no clear Vera? has this lifted the fog of your recollections and replaced your fairy tales with observable facts?

The EU is getting tired of his childish antics. At the rate Serbia is progressing, Kosovo will be a member of the EU and NATO before Serbia.

C. A. R. Made it very clear there is No Recognition of Independent Kosovo The Albanians tried to spam the official CAR stand on kosovo. The Albanian hold on Kosovo is losing support even the English started to call kosovo as the former Serbian Province. It doesn't look good for the Albanian expansion.

The "Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo" did announce the recognition on 2011-07-22.
But it does not look, C.A.R. did recognize RK ever. This is not the first case.
