In no way do the actions of Vučić suggest that Serbian universities are inferior. I believe his attempts are only to augment the exchange of knowledge and cooperation.
Secondly, the words from the little school boy with only a vulgar vocabulary, mean nothing.
Example : he is unable to respectfully refer to certain people as ALBANIANS. Furthermore, he seems to think that herding goats is not a respectable activity, and one he would probably not know how to do. Ignore his rudeness. He had a terrible childhood which lacked proper teaching.

Its obvious from your comment that you have never passed 4th grade primary school or maybe your just another dumb American. You see those that have gone onto university know that sharing knowledge between such intuitions is how knowledge and research is advanced. That’s why you have such things as visiting professors, academics or research scientists; people who are leaders in their field, that take up teaching for 6 or twelve month period to impart their knowledge to others. All universities do it throughout the world even in the US and UK.
For your information graduates from universities in Serbia from IT, engineering, medicine are world recognised.
I hope I have been able to enlighten you so next time you will not look stupid making such a statement.

What's even funnier is that when Vucic says something it actually happens. What has the supreme goat herder of Kosova said anything of any importance? Never, since his purpose is to shine boots and shut up. Has he improved the lives of his fellow albos? NO! Nothing has changed since 1999 so the mass exodus from albo heaven continues never to come back.
Have Croatian leaders managed anything? Nope so despite being rich it too is going down hill fast. Its so bad that Croats have had to buy second hand armoured personnel carriers from the US and refurbish them because they are so rich LOL. I suppose that's all they can afford, but news out of Brussels is not good, more budget cuts ahead.
