The indictment against Trump is closed, therefore it is not known what is included in the formal indictment. It is pure speculation to assume it contains only the charge of payment to a prostitute from campaign funds. However, the indictment may also contain other charges brought against Trump, such as the charge of Trump inciting a mob of several thousand Trump supporters storming Capital Hill which houses the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives. This is a far more serious charge which could result in a sentence of 20 years or more with no chance of parole.
