It is up to EU how to punish Serbia for evaiding the verbal agreement if you like. EU should work with the countries that have not yet have formally recognise Kosovo, once that is done allow Kosovo to join NATO...then another hard lesson for Serbia should come.

Vucic has agreed to recognize Kosovo, it his last chance for Serbia to be considered for membership to the EU. The rest of his rhetoric is for internal consumption so that the Serbian public can think they gained something. He won’t be around much longer!

Vucic has been exhibiting strange behavior for some time, his mental health has been deteriorating for the last few years. Putin losing the war with Ukraine has truly been a major contributing factor. The future for both Vucic and Putin looks bleak. That would surely depress persons such as Vucic as well as Putin.
