There’s the Brussels and Washington agreements so fulfill them and then move forward, but like the dumb arses they are, the west thinks they can brush off the agreements THEY SIGNED LOL. Your supreme goat herder can sign blank sheets of paper for all Serbia cares. No recognition means the dead sentence of Albos in Kosova. More and more leaving every year.

Signing any agreement with Kurti, or any Albanian diplomat, should be done on toilet paper - because that's about the worth of an Albanians signature. They haven't abided by one agreement they've signed in the last 30 years. Oh wait, maybe never. No integrity or character, so why would you sign or accept any agreement form these liars.

The fact that the Plan (The Proposal) was published by the EU, doesn't leave the parties room for misinformation...
So Kurti is right. He said 'I accept it and ready to sign'...
Vucic wants to score points in Serbian public....but focusing the talks only on Association...so he can sell himself as 'victorious' and prove his "non surrender".
