United Nations is been due for some time to reform itself. Obviously some countries the likes of USSR and Yugoslavia, these countries have ceased to exist however they brought a package of problems the world has to deal with.
Russia has been feeling that it is the rightful owner of Soviet Union, just like Serbia claims to be of Yugoslavia.
Well that’s a wishful thinking, reality is different. And it’s time to get used to it, the sooner the better. No one cares about Russia or Serbia.

Russia should have been expelled from the Security Council long time ago since the annexation of Crimea. Serbia's position to this move talks by itself how much in reallity it cares about Ukraine's teritorial integrity and sovereignty including Crimea. It will be interesting to see whether the required majority of the UN will vote for it. Serbia's stance will be noted by EU as it is its diplomatic and relationship with Russia.
