You mean that people caught short and are forced to go is the same as what’s going on in like places like City of Los Angeles, City of San Francisco, City of Portland Oregon and I could name a lot more. I have seen it in San Francisco in Ellis and Eddy streets both defecating, urinating and smoking crack in the middle of the day.
You are one of the many brainwashed US immigrants that still see 25 carat gold paved streets and would walk through places there and see nothing out of the ordinary, but when you rarely set foot outside even a speck of dirt turns into a mountain. I have lost count of the number of times I have been to the US so I have no idea what facts you are talking about.

When were you in Russia the last time or any time for that matter? I doubt you could point the US out on a world atlas let alone Russia. But since you have this strong opinion does Russia have hundreds of thousands of homeless people living on the streets like in the US where they defecate/urinate in the gutters in full view of motorists or pedestrians?

That's what typical Serbian males do on the side of the road. Never in my thirty-plus years did I witness that in the States. The only time I heard of that is an acquaintance here in Serbia who got fined for doing it on the side of a highway in the middle of the night.
