Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi in talks with EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell announced that, following the local elections in Kosovo, "the Kosovo government will continue with the operations" seen on October 13th, when Kosovo special police entered northern Kosovska Mitrovica and Zvecan.
The mentioned conversation took place on the very day of the incident - October 13, and Bislimi then stated that "the Kosovo government will continue to fight crime on the entire territory of Kosovo."
As a reminder, Srećko Sofronijević was seriously wounded that day, and the Kosovo police, in addition to tear gas and shock bombs, also used live ammunition, when a young Serbian man from Zvečan was wounded and transferred from the KBC Kosovska Mitrovica to the Emergency Center in Belgrade.
That is why Borrell himself spoke out at the time, saying that "violent incidents in the north of Kosovo must be stopped immediately and stated that all open issues must be resolved through dialogue."
"Violent incidents in northern Kosovo must be stopped immediately. Unilateral and uncoordinated actions that threaten stability are unacceptable. All open issues must be resolved through EU-mediated dialogue. We are in contact with Belgrade and Pristina," Borrell wrote on Twitter. The head of EU diplomacy also spoke yesterday, stating that he called on the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, and the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, to "return to a situation in which it is possible to continue dialogue in Brussels".

Amazing how Kurti ignores the Albanian drug gangs in Kosovo who supply heroin and other narcotics to Europe but is desperate to arrest Serbs who sell plazma keks, etc.
If truth be told its nothing more than a poor excuse to provoke Serbia into some sort of reaction.
If Serbia does react the Albanians then play the victim (again) and cry out "heljp America heljp".....again.....
If the Albanians are not careful they will indeed see a reaction from Belgrade. But there will be no America coming to "heljp"...

I for one hope they do try that again in the Serb areas because that will be the last operation since the Albo Neanderthals will be running towards the Albanian border with Kosovo.
Why do I say that? Very simple. NATO, KFOR will not be able to do a thing about it. You see the US has diminished dramatically in both power and reputation. It cannot contain China with all their “friends” despite putting all its resources in Asia. NATO itself is a useless organisation that can be overrun in a matter of days let alone weeks. This is not spin but fact.
Kurti is even stupider than Haradjin and I thought that was not possible but they surprise me every time.
Although we hear the “tough” rhetoric from the Washington windbags, but that is all that is, hot air. Window dressing nothing more just like dragging out of retirement Christopher Hill, which I call back to the future LOL. Let’s hope Chris does not nap during meetings like his president.
