Unsure about the "quality" of Chinese, Belarus, Russian government though.
America has much bigger issues than what you mentioned, I would say, the biggest is the corrupt judicial system impossible to fix - it has to be thrown out. The big difference: as bad, as the Chinese, Russian, Belarus judicial system is - it can be easily fixed by abolishing the corruption and making it independent. See the judicial system of former East Germany.
The judicial system of USA is rotten beyond repair.

American politics like like soap opera drama. Constant drama and hysteria. Always seems to be under threat from undemocratic outside forces.
It's actually under threat from within itself.
Americans seem to be confused about their gender identity, woke movements like me2, race issues, children confused about their sexuality, immigration issues at the border etc.
Strange how America's so called enemies like Russia, China, Belarus etc doesn't have society issues like America. They are damn sure about their sexual identity that's for sure, their govt does not need to tell them like the American govt does.
