It’s not jumping for joy since people’s lives are at stake here. The problem is this vaccine has been made at break neck speed and the way the US pharmaceuticals work its profit at all costs. So, what if a few fall off “perch” as long as the money keeps rolling in.
Well today the health authorities in Portugal are investigating the sudden death of a paediatric surgery nurse who was reportedly in perfect health when she received the Pfizer vaccine against the coronavirus. She was Sonia Azevedo, 41, the mother of two who worked at an oncology hospital in Porto.

Before sj jumps with joy, generally, it is expected not to get protection from a vaccine for at least a month after being inoculated. The reason being the antibodies, for a short period of time, need to build up.

91% means a cup being full to 91% or a cup being empty to 9%.
All depends on your view.
