Before the virus Serbias growth rate was one of the best in Europe and billions of foreign investments. So, how is Serbias economy failing? Explain.
As for Chinese loans, what details do you have on the small print? Have you seen the agreements? What strings are you talking about...?
Look at how the US treats Latin American nations when they struggle to repay loans. The US takes over pension funds, airports, public utility companies, etc. You think the US is nice to these countries? So tell us what "strings" have the Chinese attached??

I guess Montenegro will now open the border with Serbia,they need all tourism they can get.These Montenegrian's are two faced people I would not trust them as far as I can through them and that is not very far.Montenegro should let Albanian's come in and see how much they really spend.Just a little advise hang on to your wallets Montenegro.
