The only reason the Serb military conducted training exercises under K-for’s supervision is that Serbia is planning to join NATO. These exercises are a form of audition so that Serbia can start the long and arduous process to possibly qualify for NATO membership. Kosova has been training with K-for for some time now and is much further ahead of Serbia in joining NATO.

After reading this article it got me wondering if Mr McGregor basically perceives the Serbs to be the victims and the Albanians as villains.
Since I recall that at least in 1999 during the U.S. intervention in Kosovo the U.S. and some other countries granted temporary and/or permanent refugee status to some or many Kosovar-Albanians the thing is considering what Mr McGregor's beliefs are I wouldn't be surprised if he had the nerve to preach that only or mainly Kosovar-Serbs should have been granted refugee status instead of any Kosovar-Albanians.

Anyone who understands US Foreign Policy would know it is carved in stone, namely, Kosovo is considered critical to US interests. The fact that Serbia has always supported Russia is the reason the US will never support Serbia’s interests. Therefore, no matter who becomes the next US President, US Foreign Policy will always favor an Albanian Kosovo.

It do not matter what statements Douglas McGregor makes because its not up to him or Trump. This requires policy changes and these issues are not in the hands of the White house. McGregor is only mouthing to convey the standard message that the US is Serbia's friend LOL. Why do you think the US keeps sending Ambassadors who speak Serbian. They think the Serbs are as brainwashed as the American population.

The albanians have lost everything they had three years ago by stupid politicians. Now Serbia is coming back as a running bear.
Kosovo made their supporters furious with the tariffs, the ”army” 😂, the reluctance to set up the SPC court, the fuzz with getting a government together etc etc.
No visas, indictments waiting in the Hague, poverty, no jobs, Europe does not want them, they support their ”heroes” that are nothing but thieves and gangsters that are multi milloners who has taken all the peoples money, no interpol, no UN, no EU, 15 countries have withdrawn recognition, almost all support is gone. They put their money to buy some rifles and humvees when they could have put it on investments and education instead.
Its a nightmare for the people living there and still they think they are a country.
Well, let them think so. 22 or 23 countries of the EU dont want them so there wont be any visas. Serbia will eventually get most of Kosovo back. This is the opinion of most western diplomats. Also, except the SPO court that are running, nothing will happen for a few years to come because of the covid-19. All countries in the world have other things to deal with than a small province in the outskirts of EU causing trouble all the time.

McGregor may well have been a planner for W Clark but he had his doubts. Clearly he speaks the truth when he says "these people (Albos) have never been our friend". And the truth is that Albos sided with Germany in both world wars and against the US and allies. Fact.
Its also a fact Kosovo has been run by a corrupt muslim drug mafia. On other forums I read that 99% of Albos think Thaci, Haradinaj, Limaj, Pacolu, Veseli, Hoti, etc, are corrupt. The political elite have taken power and become wealthy while the US just watches and lets it happen.
By the way many politicians who were for the Iraq invasion now speak against it, that it was a mistake and they were fed BS and propaganda. The same as Kosovo.

Biden's one of many goals is to repair foreign relations damage done by Trump and Germany is on top of the list. He might get dismissed one month after he takes his post as an ambassador.
