He added that he discussed with Patriarch Irinej the completion of works on the Church of St. Sava and announced the completion of construction works this year.
"As far as the situation in Montenegro is concerned, we understand the position of the Serbian Orthodox Church. We have to be more careful, because we do not want to do what they did to us," he said, adding that he did not want to interfere in the country's internal affairs, as Montenegro violated the territorial integrity of Serbia when it recognized the independence of the so-called Kosovo.
Vucic thinks that it is unreasonable for politicians to found new churches and pointed out as interesting the fact that politics interferes with church organization and essentially spiritual things.
"They do not stop there, but try to confiscate property," he said, adding that this is very hard for the Serbian people, that someone is trying to create a new church in Montenegro.
"The goal is for the Serbian people to disappear from Montenegro in a decade," he concluded in response to the Patriarch's doubts about the "expulsion of the Serbian people" and added that "there will be no new 'Storms'."

Serbian Orthodox churches in Montenegro have always been just that....Serbian Orthodox.
Djukanovics plan is to strip them from the Serbian Orthodox organisation and turn them into Montenegrin Orthodox churches over night.
Its like here in England......can you imagine if Boris Johnson said all the Roman Catholic churches will now all become English Catholic churches.....unless they can provide title deeds from 600+ years ago......

Remember it was the US that gave the green light to expel Serbs from Croatia then they attempted the same from Kosovo and now its Montenegro. However, Montenegro is a very difficult matter since, as BBC Balkans correspondent Guy Delauney said late last year “seven out of 10 Montenegrins are still loyal to the Serbian Orthodox Church.”
Now note that the Serbs in Montenegro were always classified as a minority, yes over 400,000 in a population of 600,000 are a minority and as result Djuko et al just kept on winning office election after election and yet the freedom loving democratic hugging US and EU said nothing.
However, I digress, this is more about putting the blow torch to the Montenegrin Government that those buffoons trying to expel Serbs from Montenegro.
