The idea of prohibition failed a few times but I guess, way to many profit from "War on Drugs".
Indeed, where the substance is legalized, the crime and substance abuse goes down.
But so does the revenue of mafia and the feel of politicians about self-importance.
Because of the last two what you write is like driving uphill.
And what about the Medicare being valid outside of the U.S. (saving taxpayers billions), upgrading the national road and rail system to 21st century standards and getting rid of all kind of "barons"?

Albanians formed the kla years before Serbian forces went in. As much as you dont like to hear it, but that is the TRUTH.
Had the illegal kla not been formed Serbian forces would not have gone in. That also is a fact.
As I understand there is a huge ethnic Hungarian population in N Sèrbia, right?? Guess why no armed forces sent there....?? Yes, you got it........the Hungarians did not form a terrorist armed band, did they???
