Help around the farm? I thought they work for you. This gets better and better.
How do I know that you are fantasying all of this? You see a small enterprise like yours, 3 farms, require the owner to be onsite to make decisions only an owner can make just like the owner of a small store with a couple of employees. If you don’t lead the way they will not do your job?
You have no clues whatsoever just, as the Americans say, “talking through your arse”.
As far as me being an unlettered old man well I just can’t tolerate BS artists like you who imagine themselves as Lord of the manor when all you have is the arse hanging out your pants.
People with wealth never talk about it unless they asked but it’s the no hopers who like to tell everyone they are rich.

  2. Great story. Just wondering how Lenny fits into this picture with sj and Ramush. Is Lenny from Kursumlije? And sj was the used car salesman?
    (Make Serbia Great, 17 December 2019 18:06)

Three farms, employing people and having time to travel. Gee it must be wonderful in your world. (sj, 18 December 2019 10:46)

This is a testament to the level of experience and faithfulness of the guys who help on the farm. Yes, it is a wonderful thing to travel. It is a pleasure than not so many people enjoy. I am very thankful for it.

Ataman is allowed to poke fun at me because it is (mostly) good-natured humor. You, by contrast, write like an unlettered grumpy old man. That's the difference!

  5. Lenny how medication going? Still no kicking in?
    (sj, 16 December 2019 08:39)

    Quick status report.

I am afraid, pills were lost, rolled away on one of the three farms in that... Juzna Serbia or whatever that place is. The closest place to get the medication is in Chernivci, Ukraine

No money to take care about his Dapple and RosuNanny, he had to sell them.

    Bought a 1977 Yugo from a Rom who claimed it's a 2020 Honda Odyssey.

Went from Kursumlija to Chernivci - but broke down in Brasov and Romanians can't fix the Yugo because it would be like beating a dead horse.

Stuck in a Brasov airbnb, run out of money.

Posting on B92 in the hope, HushHush Ramush will wire some Euro to appreciate the service.
    That's the story.

  6. I would humbly rename her. How about "Pacifica Hybride" or "Toyota"?
Either one is fine and please locate the Chrysler or Toyota dealer + DMV office rather than feeding donkeys. Edmunds will provide you with price ideas, Andrews or Pentagon (yes, the Air Force and military guys) will finance your "donkey" even if "she" is in Russia. It's not about the Russia, it's about your credit score.

As for politics... wouldn't mind if Serbian government would look better after what kind of "Dapple" they let Fiat make on their soil. Fiat-500 is considered to be a lemon. (Ataman, 16 December 2019 16:29)

The most pressing transportation issue right now is the lack of quality breeding stock of Hrvatski Hladnokrvnjak konj. If only Vucic could help make some progress on this topic...

  7. Ouch, a horse ride from three farms located in Juzhna Serbia to Chernovtsi is a long one, be it on Dapple or on RosuNanny, I mean, Rocinante - right?

The best "Rocinante" or "Dapple" is a hybride. Not very important for Ukraine or Russia, but in Serbia it does save well over $100 a month. Hopefully you imported "her" from the States, the prices in Europe are ridiculous. Electric is not very good: still not many places to "fill" that donkey up. (Ataman, 14 December 2019 16:28)

Sorry but I'm still stuck in the early 2000s with a diesel. But its a reliable 1.9TDI, Volkswagen type. No complaints thus far.

Sometimes I favor the one or two hp. But not for a long trip like Chernovtsi. The most dangerous part of the journey is northeast of Cluj. Not only does that region lack stations for charging an electric car, I might even suffer a hit-and-run from Gypsies with a faster team of horses than myself!

Perhaps if you read some of your past posts you might have a grasp of what I am talking about.
All I said was stop pretending being a Serb when you are clearly not, but please keep on pretending if that makes you happy.
I’m curious how did the pony ride to the Romanian/Ukraine border go? And how did you manage to tear yourself away from managing 3 farms with many employees to go anywhere?
Just for your info Ataman was making fun of you, but bring the grape juice.

  9. Now that you have given up all pretence of being a Serb, why carry on calling yourself Make Serbia Great?... (sj, 16 December 2019 08:38)

I stated that I was at the border between Romania and Ukraine, and the logical conclusion is that proves I am not Serbian. That's stupidity on full display, making a complete shame of oneself. It is so amusing, I am enjoying the entertainment. Ataman, if you bring the popcorn, I will bring the grape juice!

Lenny how medication going? Still no kicking in?
In October 2019, World Bank said that 21.9% of Croatians emigrated to other parts of the EU or world.
If you start with a population of 4.6 million before break-up of Yugoslavia deduct the Serbs who were forced out then take into account the number that have emigrated, Croatia today has a population of 3.4 million and falling fast LOL. It will be the biggest retirement village in the world in 5 years’ time LOL – Croatia DEAD.
That other day you posted that 29,000 migrated to Croatia from Serbia and BiH but that is utter BS. This is the exact number of Croats who moved to Germany last year and your media tried to turn it around so Croatia looks rich, but why would 29,000 leave rich country?????
    Hope medication works this time.

Now that you have given up all pretence of being a Serb, why carry on calling yourself Make Serbia Great?. It’s so sad that you have to stoop to this level, but people with no intestinal fortitude always end up taking this same path.
Serb have never claimed any territory that does not belong to them and they have none in Ukraine, unlike you and your brethren Albos who lay claim to anything they can.

  16. You can blame these Serbs [link] for giving Serbs even more notoriety far and wide. Like they have not garnered more then enough already. Poor young Russians marched in to Ukraine [link] by Putin and his goons. To be cannon fodder and their parents' families lied to by the criminal "government" goons what happened to them. Given $ 1600.00 fore their life's to keep quiet and by booze and forget truly pathetic is Putin.

  17. Probably selling too much hard Russian liquor near the border!

The last time I crossed into Ukraine from Romania, the border guards were irritable. I didn't have problems with Ukrainian truck drivers. Maybe these Serbs were claiming Chernovtsi because a few Serbian families lived there the previous century. It wouldn't surprise me if this was the case!
