Unless you are a typical B92 troll pretending to be Albanian or Croatian you have no chance to understand this kind of feeling.
As far as I understand, there is a pathologic urge to "tickle" others because without that they feel bored. Than there is zero empathy and zero "Mitleid" (sorry to use a German word for that). Than they feel, its just a major fun to make a 5+ million city scramble for nothing.
Than there is a feeling of finally being important and in center of attention.
And of course a satisfaction to cause a huge material and moral damage.
See Mr. Doot-Troll and his anti-Serbian (anti-Montenegrin, anti-Croatian, anti-Macedonian and anti-Russian blog). That blog is important for him because he is finally important.
This 1% of the population is why psychologists and pathologists have good-paying jobs.

Sounds like Chechen muslims, we Albanians are very much closely related to this population from the Caucasuses. We can trace our origins from that part of the region...

Hope all are well. Beautiful city (as cities go), and interesting people. I can't stand the continual cold. But for those who can, a nice place to live if you have to live in a city.
