He said on his profile that Serbia continues to arm itself with military equipment from Russia and China - an air defense system, drones and other military equipment, which he described as "madness".
"Continuing arming Serbia with military equipment from Russia and China poses a direct threat to Kosovo, fragile peace in the region and a Euro-Atlantic perspective. Serbia must stop this madness before it is too late," Haradinaj wrote, quoted by Pristina based "Koha Ditore" on its web portal.

Which sophisticated weapons are they? Not the Patriot missile system which has a 60% accuracy under battle conditions? or maybe the F35 which has spends more time on the ground than in the air.
The last barrage of cruise missiles into Syria totalled 50 and of those nearly half either fell short or never made it to their target by falling into the sea or land. Look at Boeing and their troubles. Do you think the military aircraft are any better? Its all about profit.
The US Air Force needs 1200 fighters but falls far short of that number plus most equipment is too old so canalisation occurs to make others airworthy. It's short of 1000 pilots and 3000 maintenance workers. Pilot experience is said to be at historic lows.

For those that think there is a NATO base in Kosovo and this makes the Albos safe. Think again. The US had bases in Syria and they left in such a hurry the mess halls had half eaten meals on the tables. The US has sold out others very easily so what makes the Albos safe?

And I hope NATO will also stop the crazy Albanians from starting a war for Greater Albania. It's understandable that you're beging Serbia to stop, but you're just a side-figure.
Serbia is building up defense capabilities, in order to secure that something like in '99 doesn't happen ever again.
It's more a threat to those who might think of using military force against Serbia.
Kosovo is serbian territory, and that means serbian defense is covering your ugly ass as well.
Should you take up arms against Serbia however, you'll join your comrades bin laden and al baghdadi.

The Dialogue between The Republic Of Kosova and the state of Radical-Serbia is like going to talks with Radical-Serbia pointing a gun at your head is basically what this entails! Radical-Serbia acquiring weapons on a daily basis is indeed a threat to regions peace & stability and is a direct threat to the citizens of The Republic Of Kosova, who have witnessed first hand what a armed Radical-Serbian state is likely to do just like in the 1990s!

Why do you think the Washington Windbags are talking about sanctions LOL if Serbia acquires the S400. Its because the west then ceases to become a threat to Serbia as NATO aircraft will start falling out of the skies LOL.
However, just look at how the west left Ukraine to hang out to dry and Ukraine is a far more valuable asset than Kosovo, so what will stop them from doing the same to Kosovo and their Albos? Loyalty? Look at the Kurds and opposition in Syria. The US has shown heaps of loyalty. The US military left in such a hurry there were half eaten meals in the base mess room.

Haradinaj didn't mind the terrorists (KLA) being armed by Albania in the 1980s and 1990s. And he welcomed American bombing of Serbia & Montenegro when Belgrade had no defence against air bombings. Didn't the Croats arm themselves in the '60s, 70s and 80s via Hungary, Austria and Germany in preparation for tearing Yugoslavia apart and expelling 300k ethnic Serbs??
