A court in Colmar, France, on Thursday decided to reject Serbia's request to extradite Ramush Haradinaj on war crimes charges.

The Hague group of drunkards wanted the arrest of Petar Jojic, Vjerica Radeta and Jovo Ostojic for “pressuring two prosecution witnesses into testifying in SRS leader Vojislav Seselj's favor, and offering them favors in return”.
However, one very small hick up in the scheme and that was The Hague Tribunal acquitted Seselj of all charges in March 2016.
So how can the Serbian Courts deal with this matter quickly when the accused was acquitted but down the track the Tribunal changed its mind and was trying to arrest people after the acquittal? Acquittal means no case to answer or it should never have gone to court.

Pretty much, and the decision to reverse the first decision to extradite to Serbia indicates the plethora of problems that would have resulted from that. While it would have been more than justified (and so so cathartic) to see him stand before a tribunal in Belgrade, this would have unleashed a number of potential problems for Serbs in Kosovo who undoubtedly would have been subjected to a series of attacks, abuses, and other primitive acts of retaliation Albanians are known for doing. My guess too, is that he'll be extradited to the Hague. He's back in Kosovo, but he won't hide. If he's found guilty, the Albanians can torch EU cars in Pristina instead of Serbian monasteries in the countryside.

All the threats that were made in the case Haradinaj was extradited proves that there is alot or panic in Pristina. I unjderstand that is very easy to lecture from US but this is not about Haradinaj. No one really cares in Serbia if Haradinaj is a criminal or a decent man.
Serbia wants to prosecute ex-UCK leaders as criminals so they can call whole UCK as terrorists, and then all Albanians in Kosovo as terrorists. So they can justify their terror statal campaign and ethnical cleansing in Kosovo as "war against terrorism".
If Haradinaj really killed Serb (or Albanian, or Roma etc) civilians prove it and lock him up.
But before accusing others for crimes against civilians start by apologising for genocide, ethnical cleansing and state terrorism against non-Serbian peoples in es-Yugoslavia. Start by finding the missing (which means executed without a trial) people and put in jail those who did it.
Start by cleaning Serb politics by Sllobo`s lapdogs like Dacic, Vucic and fascists like Sesejl and Nikolic.
And then we can trust Serbian justice.

It's not a cause for celebration. Many individuals in the Albanian community take everything so personally, to the extent that they would support a criminal who treats his own people like garbage. The reason for the lack of evidence was that the witnesses were all liquidated. Is that what good people do? At any rate, it is your choice as a human being to decide how to live your life. You can either live by allowing thugs to control your destiny or you can move on and create your own beautiful life. So, what's next? Now Serbia can refuse to extradite French individuals. Some would retort, "Serbia won't do that because they are desperate to get into the EU". I'm no longer so sure of that. The world is changing and the EU is losing its luster. What we need to do, and I've said this many times over, is stop being so ethnically centered. My mother was a Serb and that's why I stay in touch. I still have family there, although as I age, there are fewer and fewer people remaining. I also have other relations in other parts of the world. Ramush haradinaj is a national hero!!!
He never infiltrated Serbia territory, never crossed the border into Serbia our any other country to commit crimes against innocent Serbian woman and children, elderly, unlike our Serbian counterparts!!!
Haradinaj like the vast majority of Albanian freedom fighters stayed home in Kosova, or returned from abroad back home to their ancient lands in Kosova and fought in the defense of Kosova which at that time had a whopping 92%+ Albanian majority population!
To have illigally extradited this renowned figure & freedom fighter to Serbia would have only resulted in making Haradinaj a living MARTYR amongst the entire Albanian nation world wide, (and that was my personal wish) a god-like figure for the Albanian struggle which continues to this day!!!
I would also like to thank the government of France and the people of France 🇫🇷 for making the correct decision just like It made the right decision 97 years ago on the trial of another freedom fighter & Albanian hero

Anyone who has had any involvement with extraditions will know that Courts do not take months on reaching a decision. In fact it happens within days or a week at most.
What Serbs have to realise that this was the expected outcome from the beginning of this process. It took so long because the French did not know what to do and I think they still don’t but could not find an good excuse and came out with this decision.
Watch how the western circus tries to distance itself from this decision with the usual courts are at arm’s length from government BS, BS and so forth.
Now the pressure will be on Vucic to see if he keeps his word and refuses to arrest western criminals that arrive in Serbia.
As far as these Albanians celebrating this decision, your jumping up for nothing. This was expected and what gave it all away was Thaci’s behaviour towards the EU. You don’t bite the hand that feeds you without support. The US needs to learn subtlety and not give it away.
As far as war occurring if Haradinj handed over to Belgrade, boys your playing with yourselves. To have a war you need arms and you don’t so stop dreaming.
