1. Do not criticise the women in black.

I stood with them in Belgrade's Republic Square during the time of the Bosnian conflict when there were sneering nationalists looking on who in my view do not deserve to be in the same space as these women, and when the locals were essentially ignorant of what was going on in their name.

There is no justification for racist murder, and these women were the few decent human beings who bothered to turn up in public against the prejudices of the Milosevic era and say THIS IS WRONG.

If you have any criticism of the message they are trying to spell out, that makes you a candidate for having to rethink your political philosophy and the basic level of decency that you think should be applied to the people around you.

If you do not understand basic human decency represented by these women, please keep quiet.

  2. Thank you, as always, ladies of the women in black. as usual, you and yr colleagues are forced to serve as the sleepy(?) conscience... you may not get the appropriate appreciation at home, but as for many of us around the world, you have our deepest respect and admiration.

Be careful, Roberto what you wish and look, are they your colleagues or ours?

Look all six points. In particular, #3, #4, #5, #6. But if you look closer, #1 and #2 aren't precisely what you seem to advocate here for.

  3. Why would these NGO's not complain about their friends the Turks' genocide on the Armenians? There where millions murdered in Armenia, besides, Belgrade was not even in the war in Bosnia.

  5. These women in black obviously have no understanding of the word "genocide". That is what happened to the jews during WWII. It means to totally get rid of an ethnic group. Even if 8000 people were killed (which has not been proven beyond doubt) it still does not count for more than 20% of the citizens in one single town. That can count as mass murder and war crime, but it is far from genocide. Who pays the checks for this NGO anyway?
