The statute lays the foundations for the Development Bank, which will grant credit lines to the economy and agriculture in January or February, he said.
The Vojvodina Statute sets out about 150 new powers for the province, and the process of its implementation will last a few months, he said.
Pajtić does not expect any problems in the implementation of the statute.
Some of the powers, such as opening a representation office in Brussels, will be possible only in 2011, when Serbia becomes a candidate for EU membership, he said.
Nobody contemplate independence in Vojvodina.
And yes it is 75% Serbian because you were constantly sending there Serbian settlers and refugies in the last 90 years. It is like with a chessplayer, who concentrated all his forces in one area.

and Mr. Pajtić dont think there will ever be independence in vojvodina because the 75%+ Serbs there will show and give the answer not you because you better remember 1 thing 75%+ is the number that has to say yes and not you. but i hope anyway they scrap the status because it means nothing to anyone, maybe 100 years ago they might have made independence and maybe never mind now when the entire population of the province is almost all Serbs and will be in 20 years are less. but i say no to status and keep it like other countries provinces are regions.
