1. I think this would be good for everyone concerned, the SRS may become a little less radical and the DSS may become better grounded. The Serbian people would also benefit from an opposition that was listening to their interests, rather than Nato's.

  2. Nikolic and Kostunica are retiring I guess. So Vucic steps up to the plate and wants to unite a popular opposition. But Serbs do not have appetite for more demonstrations and elections. SRS could be a constructive opposition if they can show a better future for Serbs, in stead of countering DS all the time. You cannot run tractors on patriotism as one wise man in Serbia said. Vucic and co. have to come up with something more concrete, and present practical proposals on Kosovo, The Hague and EU.
