The consortium now wants the concession extended from 25 to 30 years, with the state of Serbia guaranteeing a minimal flow of traffic on the sections of the highway where the concessionaire is slated to collect road tolls.

Assistant Minister of Economy Nebojša Ćirić said that such demands are unrealistic, and that this ministry, controlled by G17 Plus, believes the contract should be annulled.
