The letter, penned by Mimi Kodheli and Damir Krsticevic, "condemns the Serbian officials' nationalist rhetoric."

They said that the goal of this rhetoric is to undermine "Kosovo's sovereignty," and also, "destabilize the security situation in the Western Balkans region," the Beta agency reported on Thursday citing Pristina-based media.

Kodheli and Krsticevic called on Stoltenberg to "reexamine the operative plan of the peace mission in Kosovo," and, "support a transformation of the Kosovo Security Force into the Armed Forces of Kosovo."
