PM opens OSCE conference, warns about "Balkan powder keg"
Aleksandar Vucic said at the opening of the OSCE Ministerial Council that the Balkans remains "a powder keg that needs only a spark to explode again."

He noted that this message was "for those who do not understand how important stability in the Balkans is," and stressed that Belgrade considers relations in the region to be among its priorities.
"With the hotheads in Serbia, we will know how to deal," Vucic said in his speech at the beginning of the big OSCE summit in Belgrade.
The Serbian prime minister said that cooperation and understanding are important for the whole world.
"We learned how important it is. The slightest conflict may initiate a chain reaction," said Vucic.
The instability in Kosovo, he noted, was endangering the Brussels dialogue, but Serbia will, he confirmed, continue to conduct it, "because it is the only way to ensure security, its own and of the Albanians in Kosovo."
"Serbia chooses life and prosperity, rather than conflict," said Vucic, adding that the country and the region "are a part of Europe" and that Serbia continues on its European path, where it is grateful for the help from "American colleagues" and at the same time preserves its traditional friendship with Russia.
Vucic called on all "guests of Belgrade" to adopt joint conclusions and recommendations during the conference that would be aimed at solving many problems, a key among them being the migrant crisis
"For this problem we must have a common policy," Vucic said.
The migrant crisis, he pointed out, has shown all the weaknesses of internal organizations of states and systems, of international organizations - "but also reminded us that there is no cooperation and support without police and security cooperation."
"There is also the fear that foreign terrorist fighters might appear, those who joined the war in Syria and Iraq, and the fear grows and grows.... so does xenophobia," warned the Serbian prime minister, urging that the refugee problems be solved.
Vucic said that hundreds of thousands of migrants have so far passed through Serbia, "wanting to reclaim their right to a future", and pointed out that although Serbia is ready to participate in the solution, they will have to be brought through joint efforts primarily of those countries that are providing homes for refugees.
Vuèiæ underlined "the big problem of extremism for the whole world" which, he said, "can be prevented by educating the youth." Also, he said that "human life is worth the same everywhere - from Paris to the aircraft over Sinai."
Vucic expressed his gratitude for the cooperation and support during the year of Serbia's OSCE presidency and wished the participants in the two-day Ministerial Council "productive work and a pleasant stay in Belgrade."
"Even the great Le Corbusier said that Belgrade is the best positioned city in Europe," recalled Vucic, adding, "that is why we love it and why we have been able to preserve it."
"Welcome to the land of proud and good people, welcome to Serbia," said Vucic.
The Ministerial Council of the OSCE in Belgrade started with a plenary session opened by OSCE Chairperson and Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.
The two-day ministerial meeting of the OSCE, during which the Serbian capital will host more than 40 ministers of foreign affairs, will be attend, among others, by diplomacy chiefs of the U.S., Russia and the EU - John Kerry, Sergei Lavrov and Federica Mogherini, as well as Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland.
1) There will never be peace and stability in the Illyric "Balkans" Peninsula until the autochthonous inhabitants are free of colonial occupation.
2) Achieving a strong and lasting peace in the Illyric "Balkans" Peninsula starts with the annulment of the London Conference of 1912-1913 which divided millions of Albanians and half of Natural Historically and presently Ethnic Albanian territories from the Independent and Sovereign Albanian state declared on November 28, 1912.
3) Kosova, Ilirida, Chameria, Malësia, Presheva Valley, and Sanxhak must be returned to Mother Albania.

He summarized what was known as Mohammad’s Law and since then Sharia is either the only law in Muslim countries or is the basis of their current legislation. But it penetrated even to Indonesia, India and other Asian states that weren’t subject to the Ottomans. Of course practice is different in various states but the fundamental approach is the same. In most of the Muslim states they have no judges because mullahs do the job. Islam penetrates every hole of their life so they accept the judgments as quite natural. Because they know the logics long before they face their mullah. Of course Europeans will call it wild but I don’t think so. Instead, they have unconditional loyalty for their own clan leaders, which makes it hard to establish democratic standards and normal state structures. 2) Achieving a strong and lasting peace in the Illyric "Balkans" Peninsula starts with the annulment of the London Conference of 1912-1913 which divided millions of Albanians and half of Natural Historically and presently Ethnic Albanian territories from the Independent and Sovereign Albanian state declared on November 28, 1912.
3) Kosova, Ilirida, Chameria, Malësia, Presheva Valley, and Sanxhak must be returned to Mother Albania.

I drove twice in UK, it was excruciating experience.
And the worst is, all your rental cars have both the steering wheel and the gear-changing lever on completely wrong side. It is just abnormal. All the time I entered as driver your cars on the left side and sat down I was shocked: geeeee.... somebody stole the steering wheel!
Have no idea why you guys did not consider to drive the proper way. :-P

Indeed. The tribal clan structure of the Albanians prevents them from following a single 'big' leader. Instead, they have unconditional loyalty for their own clan leaders, which makes it hard to establish democratic standards and normal state structures. If you ask a muslim if state laws or sharia is more important, about 50% say 'Sharia'. If you ask Albanians if the nation or their clan is more important, you will have the same number.

Bosnians and Albanians are only fanatical enough to follow thrir leaders blindly, young christians born during and after the war don't want another one. There are Christian Albanians, but only Christians in Bosnia are croats and serbs. Thaci and Izetbegovic junior want to provoke another conflict in order to destroy christianity from the Balkans. He summarized what was known as Mohammad’s Law and since then Sharia is either the only law in Muslim countries or is the basis of their current legislation. Islam first became state religion in the Great Porta later called by the Europeans (only) as the Ottoman empire. But it penetrated even to Indonesia, India and other Asian states that weren’t subject to the Ottomans. Of course practice is different in various states but the fundamental approach is the same. In most of the Muslim states they have no judges because mullahs do the job. Islam penetrates every hole of their life so they accept the judgments as quite natural. Because they know the logics long before they face their mullah. Of course Europeans will call it wild but I don’t think so. Wild are the Europeans who take children from their parents, who make pride parades, who destroy other states. In the end they are surprised why Muslims are not assimilated in this crazy world.

Now he says powder keg ready to explode... Many academics believe that the Yugoslav wars were not finished, that they froze in the 90s... They believe there is frozen conflicts in the Balkans waiting to be thawed out again... Almost like north and South Korea...
Now these frozen conflicts can stay frozen for centuries if the right policies are put in place and if foreigners stop meddling in the affairs of these nations... But if these governments in the Balkans do not create stability and foreigners are allowed to have free reign, then these frozen conflicts will thaw out quickly and we will once again have a crisis in the Balkans...
Unity in the Balkans is the only way we can survive and have peace and prosperity... We were divided by Western powers, they conquered Yugoslavia and created this mess which we are in... Look at Iraq, look at Libya and Afghanistan, there is divisions between all the people in these lands and it only happened when the West changed the balance of power in these nations...

Lenny, you want another conflict so hrvat can be fully pure. Serbia has population of 20 percent non-serbs while Croatia is almost 100 percent hrvat. Remaining croats and muslims live peacefully in Sprska while in Mostar muslims and croats go to seperate schools like blacks and whites did in South Africa.

Considering the current situation in Balkans, you can make the same assessment of lack of strong leaders for every country in the region.

I am Christian orthodox Albanian and Kosovar Albanians are our brothers even though they belong to a different clan or faith.

And the picture you paint warped in many ways. First what you claim as "clan" how is that different than the mentality of your SNS. SRS, etc. You follow the leaders blindly and it is absolute. How is it different than in the US as Republicans and Democrats, whos base follows the leadership blindly, the difference in the US is you have a core of middle grounders that vote on ideals and not party.
Now the Sharia law deal, what is presented in the anti muslim press is that the law of extremists is actually what Sharia law is, this is not true, to the majority of Muslims Sharia law is their religious way of living or moral code. The same as you have laws of the Orthodox Church which if you are devout you will not break.(As many Serbs committed murder, rape and torture believing they were operating within the laws of their faith)
It is similar to again in the US, Abortion is legal, but many claim it is a violation of their faith and they condemn those who participate in this state legal action.
We hear daily of many distortions of Shari law that are institued by the Islamic extremist, that the general muslim population also believe are distortions.
