The ICJ - the principal judicial organ of the United Nations - delivered its judgment that is final, without appeal and binding for the parties, and rejected both Croatia's claim and Serbia's counter-claim that genocide was committed during the 1991-1995 war in Croatia.

Both parties get nothing?,not very good decision by my opinion,I support the Serbian side because the Croatians provoked the war and the genocides first and now they are asking for retribution on that,SHAME on Croatia.
