No surprise at all. Its very well known here in England who controls and smuggles the drugs. But its not only drugs, Albanians also are very big in prostitution and people smuggling. I'm sure there are honest Albanians but the general perception in Britain is that they are criminals involved in all sorts and most of them are here illegaly. One legal activity they get up to here is car washing. But we appreciate that that they probably dont pay tax. The western powers who have supported Albania/Kosovo are aware of this but for political and geopolitical reasons have ignored it. However the west is too smart for these people and when they no longer need them they have enough "cash in reserve" to drop them, declare them criminals and terrorists.....when it suits them. A bit like with Sadam Hussain, Bin Laden, etc. who were allies in the 1980's. Its just a matter of time.
