Four arrested for attacking Albanians in Novi Sad
The police have identified the assailants who beat up two young men of Albanian ethnicity in Novi Sad, and arrested four suspects.

I personally know one of the alledged "attackers", they told me the fight was instigated by the Albanians and they fought back as self defence. They would never intentionally hurt anyone, and are a good person. I am not discrediting the fact that there is in fact racism in Serbia towards Albanians but this was not a racial attack against the albanians! The media twisted what happened into lies. Truth will come out.

The crime itself was brutal with no justification. Mentioning Albanians as victims or perpetrators only highlights the continued political confrontation which face the Serbs and Albanians.

Did you DingDongs read the article? The attackers were arrested. That's right, arrested, unlike that happy little dumpster fire you call a "country" south of the Ibar where attackers of Serbs not only avoid arrest, but never even get caught.
Stan is exactly right. This is how a real country handles incidents like this. Arrest them and charge them. No excuses about hypothesizing whether the two Albanians were ISIS agents and no excuses about why the Serbs might have felt justified in attacking them either.

This was a racist attack and the people you have arrested will be released soon. They were arrested just momentally to calm the things down and to save the real ugly face of serbia to the international community.
A serious state admits the true facts, don't hide them. Albanians in Serbia needs special protection, from EU institution or from Nato as the serbs have kfor and eulex in Kosovo. Serbia is a dangerous country for Albanians,even in those parts of Serbia that are believed to be more multicultural. The hate towards albanians is too deep and very old. This hate is geopolitically motivated since the creation of the serb nation. We Albanians are and have always been the main obstacle to serbian and russian domination to this part of the Balkans. So if serbia geopolitical orientation don't change the hate towards albanians also will not change. This is a given fact historically. This events are just the tip of the iceberg.
