Ao what you are saying is that albanians moved in masses to kosovo because yugoslavia treated them terribly. They continued to have babies by the dozen and lived off of social welfare, which according to you is horrible treatment. Yes the life is better now in Kosovo, because every citizen in Kosovo, has opportunities - even the serbs. Something which the albanians didnt have back in the old days.
The serbian goverment poisoned more then 4000 albanian student in Kosovo back in March 1990. Google it and you will read more. And after that, the albanian doctors who where helping the students, got arrested by serbian police, so that the albanian students couldnt get help.
This is just 1 of 1 million accidents what happend to the albanians in Kosovo.
So please dont tell me children stories here.
