The man is not a terrorist since he has not decapitated anyone like some of your Albos who have joined ISIS. At best he and others are only mercenaries or as the US of Piss and Wind calls them, contractors...

Because any country makes its own criminal laws and there is not any requirement for all countries to have the same criminal laws. Serbia decided to amend Serbia's criminal law in 2014 making it a crime for Serbian citizens to participate in foreign wars. If you disagree with that, feel free to petition to Serbia's parliament and let us know the outcome of your petition.

There is no such law in the EU or US. Mercenary businesses have been established in the peace-loving west and they will sell their services to any murderous despot who can pay them. The "Saudi" pilots and military officers who are currently slaughtering thousands of civilians in Yemen are mostly British. Why is it one law for the Serbs and another for the Brits, Krauts, and Yanks?
