Yes the case is closed according to the UN and UNSCR1244. Ukraine and Serbia are members of the UN, where as KiM is an integral part of Serbian territory and not a member of the UN. Russia is permanent member of the UNSC, whereas Serbia and most other countries are not.

No border changing, KiM is in Serbia, so leave it alone and keep accepting your welfare checks every month. You have it great under Serbia, so why rock the goat... hehe, couldn't help myself!!!

Mr. Hoxhaj you Albanians from Serbian province Kosovo are the ones who unlawfully declared independence and until today you have been trying to change borders in the Balkans.
