Aleksandr Chepurin has stressed the need to, due to the scope of work, resolve the status of the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center (RSHC) as soon as possible.

Give the Russians the diplomatic status that the US has and even more, like a military base tantamount to Camp Bondsteel. This way the US and Russia would be on the same footing. We received the MiGs from the Russians with much more to come, on the other hand, we got a bombing from the US, so would you appease? These Serbian politicians will never learn.
