Why do you need Albanians to recognise the autonomy of ZSO? It's irrelevant whether Albanians recognise it or not... Kosovo's Constitution already guarantees a high degree of self-governance for any municipality in Kosovo including the right of municipalities to engage in inter-municipal cooperation and cross-border cooperation, if they so wish.

Really no UN is needed not sure what is this drive for UN, as for EU Kosovo is not ready for EU and Serbia neither ( but much further along).
Beograd will let Serbs of Kosovo in the dust for EU regardless of lip service. There are 40K Serbs north and 78K Serbs South no need to give them Autonomy they already have all protections needed. We do not want another Serbska.
We can keep frozen conflict which plays in our hands as per your very own politicians, we are in no rush to sort this out and we already made concession in never changing the constitution without minorities agreeing.
It will never pass parliament in Kosovo ZSO THaqi has no longer any teeth you can have him anytime you like, in Kosovo now you will have to deal with Vetvendosje no more charlatans as Thaqi or Tahiri. Thaqi has no power as he is President and Unlike Vucic his power in parliament has shrunk.

Vucic has been voted into that position to try and work thru this issue and that's what he's doing!
I happen to like it...it takes a lot to be in the same room with someone like Thachi, who you know killed anyone who opposed his "authority"..whether Srb, Alb, civilian, etc. If Thachi doesn't give way, I think Vucic is in a GREAT position to do whatever he needs to do..let's hope they can work something out that both sides like/dislike.
