Migration has made Europe's security "worse than ever"

It is a failure of European governance that they have not kept immigration 100% legally controlled.
It is also an irony that refugee laws provide mechanisms that are being abused by illegal immigrants on such a vast scale.
It should be that people do not cross the borders unless legally granted entry. That is not what happens.
Illegal entry should mean automatic detainment - not freedom to enter while years of legal process takes its erratic and plodding course.
