  2. Do you guys understand the court said they bear responsabillaty for not stoping it still doesnt change the fact that serbs pulled the trigger. So according to you serbs since the un peace keepers didnt interfer or nato didnt bomb the seebs that legatimizes the killings? Just to clarify it for you yes civilians got killed in srebrenoca massacre by serbs forces and the dutch court showed the courage and took responsabilaty for their part of not stoping the killings when they knew what would happen to these people when they left. Yes the UN should have done something to stop it and nato learned a lot of this. Thats why they had to interfer in Kosova they could not affort another srebrenica.

When was genocide pinned on the Netherlands and the UN, by their own admission, dear? Or is that just another fantasy of yours?! It appears your had a very active night full of dreams...

  6. people do bring evidence up against non-Bosnian Serbs but for some reason or other, witnesses always go missing
    (Raisin Scone, 28 June 2017 11:49)

Actually "Raisin Scone", the main reason that Serbs from Serbia who are suspected of war crimes are not prosecuted is because they are protected by the Serbian government.

There is certainly intimidation of witnesses, for instance Seselj intimidating former party members who now refuse to testify in the ICTY.
The government has the evidence already but then under-staffs or uses staff rotation to slow everything down, maybe even so slow as until the statute of limitations expires or witnesses move away or die.
Government war-criminals are also protected much more than civilian war-criminals.
In a normal system the government would not bring a case until they are confident that the defendant will be found guilty.
In Serbia, they don't prosecute a Serbian war-criminal until they are confident that he will be found innocent. (Of course the witness intimidation and sabotage of prosecution etc are also true in other ex-Yu countries)

First you have to find the so called 8000 supposedly killed by the Serbs since so far less than 4000 are buried in Potocari and most of those are not from Srebrenica but other fronts. As a matter of interest even in the year 7892 they will still be burying bones in Potocari claiming they are from Srebrenica. There is no end to this Srebrenica BS, but the west does not care since the Bosniaks are no longer of any use.

Lenny, no forget Croat killings of Bosniaks in central Bosnia when they locked Bosniaks in cellars and burn their houses down. You forgot that one, didn’t you LOL.

Second the Bosniaks apologise for murdering Serbs around Srebrenica and not just a half-arsed reply of OIric was not in command BS, then the US and their allies apologise for murdering more than 200,000 Iraqis during the last invasion and subsequent loss of human life and say ‘WE ARE SORRY', then come to our doorstep asking for an apology.

You don't believe that ICTY court is impartial because 20 years ago someone wanted you to fight a war for them so they filled your head full of lies about 3000 Serbs being massacred and mutilated by Jihadis, Turks and Bosniak traitors.

Pathetic Serbs murdered, raped, stole destroyed ,ethnic cleansed the hole region of Bosniak unarmed civilians. The bombardment of the Drina region came across from criminal pariah Serbia. Then war criminal Serbs crossed from Serbia in to Bosnia committing heinous war crimes on civilians not seen in Europe since WW 2. Like the Serb war criminal Karadzic said in one of his lucid moments. If it wasn't for Serbia nothing would of happened in Bosnia. Serbia thought it got away with its many criminality's their will be a day of reckoning. Serbs will be the biggest losers par non.

I dont see anything in that article that contradicts my number of 300 civilians killed.
In fact the article seems to a bit disjointed and quotes two different numbers, first "1,500 Serb civilians and soldiers", next "over 3,000 Serbs"

Generally accepted numbers are that forces that Oric commanded killed about 1000 Serbs of which maybe 300 were civilians.
The ICTY found that in cases where killing of civilians were considered war crimes, Oric did not order it, nor had control of the situation.
Not a nice guy at all but you are just inventing numbers.

Maybe Canadian General Mackenzie should also be brought charges for actually fulfilling the UN mandated peacekeeping role. Instead of charging the real criminals, the United States and Bosnian Muslim government pulled its forces out of Srebrenica to set up the fake genocide.

Where are the war crime charges against the Croatian and US military which killed nine UN peacekeepers and crossed over the UN Mandated border posts?

  26. Contrary to what Zoran says, the court did not decide that NL is responsible for genocide, only that they are partially liable for the 300 men that were sent away. That does not mean that NL is responsible for killing them.
On another note, some of the Dutchbat men are suing the NL state because several months ago, the minister of Defense admitted that Dutchbar was send on an "impossible mission" (duh, everybody knew that).
On yet another note, two journalists from the NL VPRO programme Argos claimed to found evidence that there was a secret deal between the US, the UK and France not to send air support in case the enclave was attacked. The Dutch government nor any other ally was informed about this. Dutchbat asked 9 times for air support and the Dutch government did this twice. [link] (scroll down for English).

  27. Wow, there you have it. Serbs obviously deny that genocide occurred as we see it as a political decision but it will be difficult for the Netherlands to deny, as this was a decision made by a court based there.

So this decision means the Netherlands and UN are responsible for genocide by their own admission. Perhaps they shouldn't have allowed Bosnian Muslim murderers (lead by Oric) out of the UN protected area to massacre Serbian civilians around the region and then to return back to the safety of the UN protected area. What made it even worse is these massacres happened on religious holidays.

The Netherlands and UN, by their own admission, are responsible for genocide. Time for the Bosnian Muslims to sue both. That is a positive development...
