1. B92 are you saying that the court made 2 rulings? I dont think a court can make two rulings. It makes one ruling and then there can be an appeal. Did Haradinaj appeal?. Any chance you can back up your claim with an offical statement?

Yet again you have copy-pasted the news from another website that copy-pasted from some idiots blog.

  3. we are challenged and we must respond appropriate
tor and panzir systems could to accomany the s300
could be a good reaction i think
plus making routine joint parades in both capitols
after all it was OUR victory and nobody else's
combat losses of the serbs and montenegrins
exceeded those of the usa and britain
so i think it's time to make victory gifts
when some of the russian systems will stay in serbia
    anyway we MUST respond
so that everone who is happy about the french court
begins to think where it can bring them

  6. The title is misleading. What a Report usually has is facts, a serious journalistic investigation behind it some base in truth. What this article is doing is saying: look Prva published an article saying some things.

  8. How can a court, reverse its own ruling?
    It doesn't make sense.
It is probably another lie, for domestic consumption in Serbia.

  10. All the more reason to believe the reversal of decision was out of fear of Albanian repercussions against Serbs in Kosovo, which also explains the last week's frenzy of Albanian nationalism as a sort of warm up for what a number of officials in Pristina and Tirana were fearing would happen. It was a bad decision to reverse, but in the end, it places Haradinaj's fate in the hands of the ICJ, and undoubtedly pressures Kosovo, if and when talks for EU integration ever come, to sacrifice him and other KLA war criminals like him in exchange for international cooperation.

  14. How can you ask for extradition for a person that presumably has committed war crimes, when at the same time, for 17 years now, thousands of serb military people who committed crimes against humanity (a whole other level) walk freely in the streets of serbia?

Nonetheless, Haradinaj is released because he is innocent and has shown that for the third time now.

I really hope serbs will reflect on what they've done, ask for forgiveness, and pay the damages, so the whole region prospects.
