Fact - Kosovo Albanians formed the Balli Kombater as part of the Nazi Axis forces during WWII
Fact - The Germans developed an entire Albanian division, the SS Skendenberg made up of 100% Albanians
Fact - The state of Israel has not and says they will not recognize Kosovo's independence
Azir, if Albanians are such great friends with the Jews, why won't they even recognize Kosovo as a country?

Goldeneagle: Yes there were collaborators on all sides. But to read your posts, one is lead to believe that the majority of Serbs were on the side of the Nazis. Nothing could be further from the truth. Serbia defied Hitler and staged a coup to overthrow the gov't. that signed a neutrality pact with Germany. For this Belgrade was bombed. The vast majority of Serbs either joined the Chetniks or the Partizans to fight the Nazis.
Conversely, Albania and the Albanians of Kosovo embraced the Nazis from day one and throughout the war. No German bombs fell on Tirana or Pristina, did they?
Yes there were collaborators on all sides, but put it into its proper perspective. Keeping it real.

Are you kidding me? You mean there were no serbian nazi collaborators during ww2? There were nazi collaborators on all sides in the balkans during ww2. And many Chetniks did indeed work with them (they switched sides then and then). No one is innocent, sure there were albanian nazis who killed jews but the serbian nazis killed more jews than we ever did combined. Yes you are correct about that serbs saved 500 american pilots, just like we saved 2000 jews, but remember that many parties switched sides then and then for their own interests. There were also albanians who did cooperate with chetniks against communists, a famous albanian warrior Prek Cali became a blood brother to chetnik commander Pavle Đurišić against common foe. History is not black and white. And if you dont belive me check it yourself!

What makes it a fact? Because some Albanain revisionist with the screen name Goldeneagle says so? I'm afraid your revisionist opinion holds no water here. Please provide some verifiable and researchable sources to support you statements. Otherwise, you're just another loudmouth Serb-hater with no facts on your side.
And while you're doing your research, make sure you look up these facts: Hitler issued a $100K reward on Milosevich's head, Milosevic and his Chetnik's rescued over 500 downed US airmen, Milosevich was awarded the Legion of Merit Medal by the US gov't. which is the highest military honor a non-American can receive from the US. With all of this, please explain how the Serbs were Nazi collaborators. Don't come back until you do your homework. Now hit the road, you've got some research to do.

As predicted, Serb-hating Azir followed the cheese right into admitting that he's an advocate of Jasenovac, the concentration camp operated by the Croatian Ustasha and part of The Nazi's constellation of death camps.
