Russia fleet "may leave Ukraine"

LONDON -- Russia's deputy PM has told the BBC the country's Black Sea Fleet will vacate its naval base in Sevastopol in 2017 if the Ukrainian government demands it.

  1. Russia found out that is as rich as it though--now that oil prices for Urals blend are at $65 or more than 50% down from its high. Of course Russia depends on commodities as well, and their prices has fallen dramatically. In 6 months, Russia will Serbia out in exchange for investments

  2. If the Russians do intend to leave Sevastepol, they can and should now to extend Novorossiysk's naval facilities as an alternative.
