How do you know this about coups? How many has Russia instigated since the fall of the Soviet Union? Please name them don't just babble on espousing cold war drivel. Russia is only defending itself. This had to happen because if it didn't NATO wasn't going to stop. Human trafficking and money laundering, bio labs and Russia being encircled would have continued.

Guardian newspaper (26-04-22) reports that the US has threatened the Solomon Islands in the south pacific with military action if they allow China to build a base anywhere on the islands. These islands are over 7000 miles from the US coast. Why is a Chinese base on the Solomon Islands unacceptable to the US, but nato missiles are ok in Ukraine....on Russias border???
If Soviet missiles were unacceptable in Cuba (1962) why is it ok for nato missiles in Ukraine?
Can you explain your logic, and go through each point with a reasoned argument please.
Iraq was an illegal war. Have you found WMDs yet?? Libya was an illegal war. So is Somalia, Syria, and so was Afghanistan and Yugoslavia/Serbia.
So, when you talk of Russias illegal war in Ukraine I say they learn from your America. And by the way what would you say if Mexico invited China to build a base in Mexico....?? Would that be ok..???

The US planned and oversaw the 2014 coup in Kiev. That is a fact (listen to Victoria Nulands leaked phone chat with the then US ambassador in Kiev just before the coup took place). There is film of Ms Newland handing out gifts to demonstrators in the streets of Kiev. What would you say if Lavrov was doing the same in Washington on the 6th Jan. '20....????
Secondly, the newly US approved gmt in Ukraine in 2014 immediately tore up all signed agreements with Russia over neutrality. Right...??
East Ukraine was then bombarded for 8 years with approx 15000 deaths and close to 1 million were forced to leave their homes because of azov divisions constant bombardment.
The Russian language was all but outlawed as well.
So explain what Moscow was supposed to do...??.
Dont criticise others when your America/nato has attacked dozens of nations since WW2 with 10s of millions of dead. And most of those wars were illegal under int. law.
And here we are talking of int. law when it comes to Ukraine....haha.
