Tell me how you cannot think rationally? You watch too much CNN or other main stream media. First of all Russia has lost no more than 3000 troops if that. But let's take you number of 33,000 for a good laugh. For every kill, there are at least 3 wounded. So if there are 33,000 Russian dead, there are another 99,000 wounded and out of action. That adds up to 132,000 knocked out of commission, more than 120,000 Russian troops that started.
On this other side of the coin, Ukraine has lost at least 50,000 troops, the ill rates are reported to be 500-700 per day. The Ukranian army has been obliterated including the armor. The lines in Eastern Ukraine are ready to break, the US Secretary of Defense called Shoigu, not the other way around. When you are winning the war , you don't call the Russian High Commander.
As for Russian being bankrupt, it's the other way around, the US is bankrupt with 30 trillion in debt or so. The Ruble has actually higher than the war started. You ask about the 400 billion in frozen foreign reserves? The US is only going to see its US petrodollar drop as other nations will move to other currencies. Russia can also freeze at least 450 billion US and EU assets in Russia and will do so if those funds are not eventually released.
