There were a lot of western news anchors that could barely read this news about Russia having a vaccine without bursting into a laugh. I think serbs will make great candidates for experimenting with this "vaccine" since they are not reproducing anymore and going extinct anyway.

Maybe it was anticipated 5 years ago and work began on it.
I don't trust any vaccine produced these days.
Long gone is the integrity science community had when they developed the Polio vaccine etc. Those scientists were known to test on themselves. Now they test on the most vulnerable.
This is not just aimed at Russian vaccines. I don't trust any of them.

According to the W.H.O, Russia has never reported any research results on covid-19. This is most unusual and leads us to be skeptical that such a vaccine has been found by Russia. This is simply grandstanding on the part of Putin. His other attempts at capturing world attention have failed in the past, I suspect this time will be no different. As much as I would like to believe Putin’s claim, for the sake of humanity, past experience tells me we will be disappointed.
