1. Sorry Mr Milanovic. The war in Croatia was not "just"
Because Serbian communities in Croatia were civilians only not at all armed.
So they were not fighting war with you Croats.
Áll I saw were civilians, children and very old
Áll were bare handed. Carrying just small items with them as were kicked, So how that despecabke act Zirane you can call "just"
Áll were civilians and it was "an ETHNIC CLEANSING"
    Against the weak
I can tell you no amount of water can remove the sin committed
    .
But I agree we in Serbia need to mend fences with people like you.
We find difficult to forget The old film keep playing in front of my eyes I see women, children, old people walking for days towards rep Serbia, into the safety.
Bewildered. It's a sin above the sin

  2. A Croatian ethnic cleansing could never be "just" in my little book, heart and brain.
Not aceptuble then and not now.
But I agree both countries should work in improving relationship.

  3. Just waffling.......
    Congratulations Croatia...for what?
Are you congratulating them for their murder of up to one million civilians in WW2 and then finishing the job in '95 by kicking out approx 250k people from their homes??
Its a sick way of looking at things but then I note that you Albos were on nazi Croatia and nazi Germanys side during the 2nd world war. So seeing civilians tortured, murdered and thrown out of their homes gives you pleasure.....Truly sick.

  5. That was never "just war". I strongly believe protest.
But Rep Croatia needs a good ablutions, to wash all the sin
Time to move forward Croatia rather than patting oneself on the back by finding a reason for the unsoecable act.

  6. Tom, a very good post from you.
Yes Croatias aim was to have a pure Croatian society but that goal of theirs is backfiring now with approx 22% of the population gone.
I so understand the Serbian people in Croatia considering what the nazi state of Croatia did to them in WW2.
If Croatia really honours and encourages a multi ethnic society why did they not give assurances to the Serbian people in the 90s? Mr Tudjman knew what happened to Serbs barely 50 years earlier.
Sadly the aim of nazi Croatia was to eliminate all Serbs, Jews and Roma. And having not managed to fully carry out their plan in WW2 they saw the chance to finish it in the 90s.
It is a shocking state of affairs when the west just ignored operation "storm". Ethnic cleansing in modern Europe....
Here in the UK the events were hardly reported. Sad and shocking.
But had it been the other way I'm sure the west would have attacked Serbia and all politicians znd army generals would now be in jail.
    Can anyone explain this "justice"....???

  7. Twenty five years later.

It's now clear Croatia has created the most ethnically clear racist states in Europe. 98.5% croats live in Croatia. Followed by Kosovo. European values....

Let's see in the next few decades as their rural lands (ethnically cleansed in 1995) are turned into national parks as the population decreases at a unstoppable rate.

Congratulations Croatia, nobody will be left to hold your flag for sing your anthem you fight for.

    Massive miscalculations.
