"Biden bad choice for Serbia"

A political analyst says that it would not be good for Serbia if Joseph Biden were elected the U.S. vice-president.

“He was not only one of those who tabled resolution to bomb Yugoslavia in 1999, but he is also firm in his belief that changes in Serbia came as a result of pressure from Washington,” Obrad Kesić told the Belgrade daily Blic.

This analyst claims that if Barack Obama wins the November presidential race with Biden as his vice-president, Serbia can expect further conditions and blackmails, that it will especially reflect on the Kosovo issue.

“I expect Biden to lobby for Kosovo even harder,” Kesić said, adding that problems could also be expected regarding the Republic of Srpska and the Dayton Accord revision.
