Joint report on Serbia's progress
Joint report to the European Parliament and the Council, submitted by the European Commission and the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
The report, submitted on April 22, details Serbia's progress in achieving the necessary degree of compliance with the membership criteria, "and notably the key priority of taking steps towards a visible and sustainable improvement of relations with Kosovo*."
