1. He did not miss. He basically said, "Drop few humanitarian bombs on Slovakia, Greece, Cyprus, Spain - to help them become more democratic".

You guys missed his point and logic. This logic is called "democratic centralism" in Marxist-Leninist praxis and it looks, enver hoxha is not dead yet.

Like... you maybe remember, enver hoxha and mehmet shehu had some disagreement, than mehmet shehu killed himself and some members of his family became suicidal too - next morning out of desperation because it was proven, they all are British spies. This is called "democratic centralism" and it's the Marxist-Leninist political correctness.

Peggy, you probably never learned it right. And Jovan had the (un)luck to be in a country only halfways commie. We know "democratic centralism" better than you, it was mixed with mother's milk.

  2. I´d say EA missed the point...again.

  3. Peggy,

You are missing the point again!
I am not critisising Slovakia or Greece for having their own opinion/say in specific matters BUT when they block let's say Macedonia for entering NATO and EU because a mutual disagreement regarding "the name" THAT IS A MASSIVE PROBLEM of a coutrie of few countries in minority to impose the overwhelming majority.

  4. EA, is this the only way you know to solve problems? Show them who's boss. Tell those disobedient countries that they cannot think for themselves.
EU cannot force anything. They have already said that the matter of recognition is up to the individual countries.
    That's all they can do.

No wonder the world is shying away from recognizing Kosovo. They will have like minded people running it eventually.
People like you who will advocate violence against anyone who doesn't go along with their wishes.

You are not fit to rule your own let alone your victims.
    (Peggy, 27 August 2008 23:08)
  5. I personally am not bothered about Slovakia refusal to recognise Kosova. That will be an issue for the EU to address where a country within the EU follows policies that jeopardise the stability and the peace in continent and wider. Maybe a reform is need to show the fence countries like Slovakia and Greece blocking Macedonia EU integration.
