Zubin Potok municipal president Slaviša Ristić said that Kosovo Serbs will never allow representatives of UNMIK, KFOR and the Kosovo Police Service to set up the border between Kosovo and Serbia.
Ristić said that the installing of video monitoring at the administrative crossing that prompted the Monday rally is aimed at setting up customs in northern Kosovo and deployment of EULEX in this area.
The EU mission in Kosovo is illegal and unlawful, because it does not have an approval of the UN Security Council, Zvečan Municipality President Dragiša Milović told those gathered.
The peaceful protest was held in the central part of the town, and the participants carried banners reading “Stop to EULEX”, “Kosovo is Serbia”, and, “We do not want borders and customs”.
The best answer would be swift assert of authority of the new state in whole Kosova without any ambiguosity.

Serbian people will never accept the rule and law of anyone but Serbia. It doesn't matter one bit what the illegal "kosova" government tries to impose. The people will continue to be loyal to Serbia and no one else. There is nothing that anyone can do about it. For this reason, the north of Kosovo is already heading towards partition and other areas will as well. You can't force anyone to respect someone else's authority. It just won't work.

You have won Eurosong contest last year and I bet 100% that you are number one for organising protest rallies in Europe!!!
If you gave so much effort to actually talk to K.Albanians many years ago, this mess will never happened!
My advice, accept the Kosovo Institutions, you will be again priveleged from the another nations living in Kosovo as EU will watch very closely and start doing something with your lifes rather then complaining all the time!!!
Cheerio!

Then hurry up and join the EU. When I travel to Germany there is an unmanned border with small cabin. On the cabin wall there is a little box with forms and a postbox. Anyone with something to declare is supposed to fill out the form with the items, estimated value, and their name and address, and put the form in the box. That is all there is to borders inside the Schengen area.
If you sneeze while you drive through the border station you will not even notice that you crossed the border :)

Despite the fact that these protest are peaceful I think they intend to provoke and challenge the Kosova government and the new state. The best answer would be swift assert of authority of the new state in whole Kosova without any ambiguosity.
