Speaking about the mission's operation, she said that EULEX would use Kosovo laws that referred to the work of judges and policemen.
"We are realizing the Kosovo constitution, not the constitutional framework," she said in an interview for the Priština Albanian-language daily Koha Ditore, adding that the arrival of EULEX had been delayed "due to the legal framework of that decision, that is the lack of a new UN SC resolution", Tanjug reported.
"Legal experts in New York and Brussels are trying to find a legal framework for the start of an undisturbed operation of EULEX, which would be under UNMIK's umbrella," the spokesperson told the newspaper.
Lindal said that the mission's mandate was "not the result of the Martti Ahtisaari package, but was rather based on a decision reached at the EU summit in December last year".
It doesn't matter who is in the whitehouse. Both candidates are deeply involved in the criminal new world order enterprise. Eulex is illegal, Kosovo independece declaration is illegal and the Ahtisaari plan was turned down by UNSC. That is the only thing that matters. To have an illegal institution force laws is just silly. It has as much authority as if Al Capone, Jack the Ripper or the Never-Neverland Fairy made up the laws.

Bad news Peggy,
Kosovo was an issue that George Bush had to support but grudgingly. He knew it was the right thing but it was also Clinton's moment of glory.
The question in the elections was Obama's stance on Kosovo never appeared to be totally strong, well with the selection of his vice presidential running mate there is no longer a question. Joseph Biden is one of Congresses staunchest supporters toward independence. I think you will see a definite change in the US postion on Kosovo but definitely not in the direction you wish.
With the Russian position on Kosovo, the one thing no politician is going to want to be known for and that is a pro-Russian stance.

George Bush is almost out the door and nobody knows exactly what the next administration will do so I think we should just wait and see what happens.
Albanians, don't hold your breath. George will be gone soon and your dreams with him.

EULEX is trying to implement Athisaari plan which never got the green light from UN.
The only place they can try this is in the Albanian held areas but never in the north.
Seeing how EULEX doesn't have legitimacy which they need from UN I doubt they will be implementing anything anytime soon. They keep talking about it but don't seem to do anything.
