The two were accused and convicted of participating in persecution and systematic attacks by the Bosnian Serb military, police and paramilitary forces from April 1992 to October 1994.
Todorović was at the time the deputy prison chief in Foča, while Rašević worked as a cook in the same prison, where Serbs, according to the indictment, “held Muslims and other non-Serbs from Foča and the surrounding areas in inhumane conditions.”
Rašević surrendered to the Hague Tribunal in August 2003, as did Todorović in January 2005.
In September 2006, the Hague Tribunal decided to transfer the case to the Bosnia-Herzegovina courts, after which Rašević and Todorović were transferred to Sarajevo to stand trial.

It is surprising but expected that serb commentators didnt say anything here. If it was the other way, serbs would not hesitate a second to put comments right away.
