After an hour-long consultation between Parliamentary Speaker Oliver Dulić and party whips, Dačić said that the session on Kosovo would depend on developments in the province.
A government resolution annulling all acts regarding Kosovo independence is also likely to be approved at that session, he added.
The SRS leader said that no agreement had been reached at this morning’s meeting, rather it was reported what matters ruling coalition representatives had reached consensus on.
Ruling coalition officials agreed on Monday that “it is necessary to lead a cohesive national policy and protect Serbia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.”
Prime Minister Vojislav Koštunica had confirmed earlier that he would schedule a a parliamentary session for Thursday where parliament would adopt the act for the annulment of Kosovo independence, which will take effect as soon as Kosovo Albanian leaders make the declaration.
Why bother? The EU is happy that he got elected and then throw him under the bus by recognizing Kosovo independence. Once that happens, Tadic will probably be forced out of office.
