A US State Department official says that "coordination was missing between Pristina and international officials" when it comes to changing the law on the KSF.

It’s got nothing to do with being smart just being practical mate. You guys still don’t understand that a small place like Kosovo is unable to afford a standing army since the revenue base is non-existent and it would have to be funded by the US or EU.
On the matter of Albania receiving weapons from the USA, you might want to see the attachment on what Croatia got from the US gratis. This what you can expect as donations from the west - [link]
For those that cannot read Serbian the essence of the article is as follows:
Croatia’s Morning List reports that after 2.5 years the 70 MRAP vehicles which were donated to Croatia by the US remain in a repair yard in Zagreb’s suburb, Jankomir, in need of bulletproof glass, but Zagreb was told the vehicles only needed a paint job and some required to be armed.

If they were truly your partners and you were truly independent, there would be no need for them to approve anything.

Why are the political cronies in Pristina limiting themselves to this issue, as there exsists many other options that can be utilized?
1 which an agreement is reached with the Republic of Albania, where The Republic of Kosova allocates funds for the establishment of a military bases within Albanias Northern Territory that border Kosova, then all Kosova has to do is purchase the equipment it needs, it then has access to that equipment via the many ports available! The Republic of Kosova is talking the talk, but she really needs to walk the walk, why are you limiting yourself unnecessarily numb nuts?
